1. Store Overview Sea Darling Studios is a Maui-based artisan jewelry studio offering handmade, ocean-inspired necklaces crafted from found shells and natural materials. All pieces are created by Shawn Ravazzano on the island of Maui, Hawaii.
2. Use of This Website You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Products & Handmade Nature Every piece is handmade using natural, found materials — shells, tones, and textures vary by nature. No two pieces are identical, and slight variations in color, shape, and size are part of the artisan character, not defects. Product images are representative; your piece will be uniquely its own.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Fulfillment Orders are processed and shipped from Maui, Hawaii. Shipping is a flat $15 via USPS Priority anywhere in the United States, with free shipping on orders over $250. International shipping is available upon request. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Exchanges Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final. Exchanges or store credit may be offered within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in original condition. Sale items, custom orders, and personalized pieces are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including product designs, photography, descriptions, logos, and branding — is the property of Sea Darling Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Custom & Personalized Orders Custom and personalized pieces are crafted to your specifications. Once work has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged. We'll work closely with you to ensure your vision is captured before production begins.
9. Limitation of Liability Sea Darling Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
